Moving home and especially moving abroad is, by its very nature, a relatively unpredictable process.

Ole Solutions was founded to make moving to Spain an enjoyable, stress free experience. After all, we, as a family of four, have gone through all the emotions, stress, bureaucracy and fallen into traps and made mistakes that we want to help you avoid.

We have got a beautiful house, our kids 7 and 4 are both very happy and settled in school, we eat healthily, the air we breath in is so much fresher and we wake up to clear blue skies and sunshine for most of the year round, 300 days on average!!

Before we decided to finally move on a permanent basis, we did a lot of research, read lots of books and came out to the area to get a better idea of things (but that proved quite difficult with a small child). In short, we thought we had done our homework but when we got here, it did not take us long to realise that there were a lot of things we could have done better!

Even as a couple, one half being native Spaniard, we found things tough going and seemed to spend day after day and week after week being passed from one government office to another and back again. How we wished there had been someone to smooth the way and guide us through the whole process of moving to Spain, renting, buying, NIE and town hall registration, getting the children into schools, applying for a driving license, changing wills, tax, money transfers etc, etc, the list could go on and on. Ole Solutions offers you that chance to be advised and guided through this transition. We are a one-stop shop to help you find and live the dream!

Our client’s interests are solely our interests, we charge flat fees, unlike most relocation agents, we do not charge a percentage fee of the cost or rental of a property (normally 1.5%-2.5%) but can be as high as 8%, giving you the knowledge of our costs before negotiations start and leaving you more money to spend on your dream home or second property.

We see it as our job to advise, guide and help you through a difficult process but we respect that the ultimate choice is yours. You will know your dream home when you see it. Our job is to help you locate it, make sure by having your original profile to hand, it meets all your requirements and if you agree to use our recommended agents we can check everything is legal and in order. We have a list of reputable solicitors, notaries, surveyors, with whom we work with.

… Once again, the choice is yours if you choose to use them or not. We will translate and negotiate on your behalf. We act solely for our clients, meaning there is no conflict in interests. You will know the costs to you, based on your specific needs and profile, established before you commit yourself to our services.

We do not offer inspection flights; you arrange your own flights, using Jerez, Seville or Gibraltar airports. Before you even set foot on a plane to Spain we will have tried to nail down exactly where and what it is you are looking for by liasing with you and using your Client Profile Questionnaire.

Once you have decided that you would like to visit an area or areas with a view to buying a property and committed yourself to our services by choosing either a 3 day, 5 day or custom built program and agreed to pay our retaining fee, we will liase with you with an itinerary and your arranged airport and flight times.
