Please read the following terms
and conditions set out below, by continuing to use this site
you agree to accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree
with these terms you should discontinue using this website.
PRIVACY POLICY.
1. Regarding, the Client Profile Questionnaire.
All information supplied by the client will be treated with the
up-most confidentiality. Under no circumstances will information
be shared, sold or passed on to any other organisation, individual
or third party.
2. We take all reasonable care to protect all
of your personal data held by us and to prevent any unauthorised
access to it and use of such material.
3. The Client Profile Questionnaire is for the
good of both Spanish Solutions and you, the client to ensure that
we can help to find exactly what you require as quickly and as
accurately as possible. The more information we have about you,
allows us to build a better picture of your preferences, therefore
making it easier for us to help you.
4. We do not guarantee or warrant that information
transmitted via the internet is secure or free from interception,
interruption or delay.
5. Client’s E-mail addresses, telephone
and mobile numbers are stored as securely as is all other personal
information we hold. We will not send you unwanted e-mail messages,
junk mail or Spam and any phone calls made to clients will be solely
in connection with information supplied in the Client Profile Questionnaire.
PROPERTIES.
1. All property advertised or mentioned is subject
to availability.
2. Prices stated are subject to taxes and relevant
fees where applicable.
3. The final choice of property is entirely the
client’s responsibility.
4. All descriptions of properties must not be
taken at face value and clients must make it their personal responsibility
to take professional advice on the properties legal status and
it’s valuation as well as the structure and general state
of repair.
Spanish Solutions makes every effort to ensure all properties introduced
on our web site are described and defined as accurately as possible
but when properties are introduced to us by a third party (i.e. Estate
Agent) it will not always be possible to gain permission to enter
inside such properties before clients visit.
5. Therefore we cannot be held responsible to secure
or control measurements, details or condition. Before entering into
a property agreement, we strongly advice all clients to take independent
legal advice.
6. Spanish Solutions endeavour to take every care
when choosing the professional services with whom we work and introduce,
with regards to professionalism, competence and customer care. We
cannot however, be held responsible or liable under any circumstances
for any claim or loss arising from any work carried out by any other
party, including any party introduced by us to you, as our clients.
7. Legal liability: Spanish Solutions
or any of our employees shall not be held liable whatsoever for any
claim regarding any act, omission, loss of damage resulting from
any action taken by a third party in reliance upon any information
contained in this website.
LINKS & THIRD PARTY SITES.
Spanish Solutions only link and endorse companies and individuals
that we believe to be of high standing in their particular field
and that will be able to serve our client’s best interests.
We do not however cover these links or third parties with our privacy
and security policy, so we accept no responsibility or liability
for them. We do not take responsibility nor do we have any control
of the content, materials, products or services displayed to other
sites that are linked on our own website.
PRE-ACQUISITION PAYMENTS.
A non-refundable retaining fee and down payment of 500 euros is to
be made payable to Spanish Solutions on the first point of meeting,
upon clients arrival in Spain. This retaining and down payment fee
is also applicable to rental charges. This fee is for an initial
6 months (26 weeks) for all the services outlined in the
What
we do section of this website.
PAYMENTS DUE UPON ACQUISITION
Charges are based on individual requirements and schedules, which
are covered in the
Fees section
of this website. Full payment is required at the exchange of contracts,
subsequent to the successful location, negotiation and completion
of a property. These fees are for all the services detailed in this
website. Clients are required to sign and fill out a confirmation
form, at the first point of meeting, upon their arrival in Spain.
The form will contain the same or similar format as outlined below:
CONFIRMATION OF INSTRUCTIONS AND TERMS and CONDITIONS.
I authorise Spanish Solutions to act on my/our behalf as sole agents
in searching for a property in the province of Cadiz, Spain. I agree
to pay Spanish Solutions a fee of …… Euros, payable
on exchange of contracts.
Once a term of 6 months (26 weeks) has terminated, this agreement
will be deemed to continue until terminated in writing by either
party. At the end of each 6 month (26 week term) a further retaining
fee will be required, as well as any extra costs.
If I decide to cancel or not to renew this agreement I acknowledge
that Spanish Solutions retain the right to make a charge to cover
reasonable expenses, less the retaining fee.
If I terminate this contract and I purchase a property that was originally
introduced by Spanish Solutions within 6 months (26 weeks) of the
termination date, the full fee will apply.
I confirm that I have read, fully understood and agreed to the terms
and conditions of Spanish Solutions that are detailed above.

it is for their personal use only. It is not permissible to make

The headings of sections of these terms and conditions are for convenience
only and are not to be used in interpreting these terms and conditions.

Spanish Solutions reserve the right to make any changes to these
terms and conditions without prior notice but when we do make a change
or changes we will announce them on this site
