To the majority of people this page will be very important. When most of us think about spending money on a product or service, we want to get that product or service as cheap as possible! Remember the old adage, “You get what you pay for”.

Some of you may have even come direct to this page without having looked around to see what services we offer and how we can really save you money and time, as well as being your guide to complete success and happiness in your move to Spain. So, here again are the benefits we offer you.

One last benefit or advice we would like to offer you is to be aware of Relocation Companies offering their services as FREE. What normally happens is that without knowing it you will end up paying them 15,000 to 20,000 euros because they don’t tell you they have added that amount to the original asking price of the property.

3-Day package: = 6,380 euros inclusive of IVA (VAT)

5-Day package: = 8,400 euros inclusive of IVA (VAT)

Custom package on properties of 1,000,000 euros +: = 12,780 euros inclusive of IVA (VAT)

Full details are in OUR SERVICES but a 3 OR 5 day package allows you come over to the Cadiz province and view a number of properties that you have chosen via the internet and the prior discussions and dialogue that have taken place between us. Alternatively, you can use your first trip to meet us and take a look at the area you are interested in and for those 3 or 5 day’s you have our undivided attention.

Dates and times to be agreed by both parties but subject to the availability of a Ole Solutions representative and are normally working days. Weekends by prior arrangement.

The 6-month time frame starts from day 1 of your arrival in Spain but is dependent on us having received the retaining fee (500 euros). The 6- month time frame allows you to rest assured there is no pressure on you and that you can make informed decisions while having our expertise and local knowledge right on hand.

We organise routes and timetables at a sensible pace that allows you to take things in, make sensible judgements and ask important questions. Property score sheets and photos are provided in order for you to keep track, especially if many properties are seen throughout the day.

Airport pick-up from either Jerez, Gibraltar or Sevilla airports is the only cost that is not covered under the relocation package apart from a Jerez pick up staying in Jerez, which is free (see transfer costs below). This service is not compulsory but for your convenience. Should you wish to make your own way to your temporary accommodation you are free to do so.

We supply you with an arrival information pack, which includes orientation and property portfolio search plans, itineraries, time tables and maps marked with all your requirements and places of interest.

At anytime, during any of your visits, it is possible you will find a property that you are interested in buying or renting, we can start to negotiate on your behalf, so as to secure your objectives. We make sure you understand the buying/renting process and the costs involved beforehand and we can introduce you to lawyers, notaries and surveyors. At all times, accompaniment and translation is all part of the service.

Should we know prior to your arrival that your plans are to definitely buy a property we shall prepare to obtain your NIE (Tax Identification Number). This is obligatory when purchasing a property in Spain and we shall obtain this when you are here with us. All administration will be taken care of by your appointed lawyer and ourselves.

A deposit is required and you will need to sign a pre-contract. The deposit will be between 5% and 10% and although you will be inclined to offer the lower amount, you should bear in mind that the seller has to give you back double the deposit if he decides to pull out of the sale. That effectively means the property is as good as yours once you have paid your deposit. It should be made clear that should you pull out you also forfeit your deposit.

Once we have an exchange of contracts date we will accompany you to the notary and translate for you. The deal done, we don’t stop working for you!

Whatever you should need with regards to orientation in your particular area, we provide it. Should you need to find schools, open a bank account or whatever other requirement we are on hand and this is where our after-sales service blends in to make your settling in period a smooth transaction. The times ahead can be very exciting but they can also be a struggle just to be able to do the simplest of things if you don’t speak Spanish. In the Cadiz Province you will need at least a basic grasp of Spanish. We will always be just a phone call away to help you with any problems, no matter how large or small. There are cultural differences and it will take you a while to adjust to them. How long does this service last? For as long as you need us. Just about any problem or uncertainty can arise, so if we can help we will and if we cannot, we will find someone who can. In some exceptional circumstances we may have to make a small charge just to cover our costs, (please check with us beforehand).
