Lets say, we have helped you locate you dream home, we have accompanied you to the notaries office, helped with translation and made sure you have understood everything, you have signed all the documentation and the house is now yours. After sales starts here, right?

So, what can we offer?

Whatever service provider you need, we can help you find one. We will also do our very best to find one who comes recommended, so, whether it is a new pool, an extension, general building work, a plumber, an electrician, gardener, cleaner, satellite TV installer or whatever service or trades person you require, we will find them and translate for you if necessary.

If you need furniture or white goods we can advise you where the best or cheapest retailers can be located.

Would you like to buy a car? You find it and we will help you negotiate the price, fill out the appropriate documentation as well as advising you on the basic laws of the road, we will give you tips on what and what not to expect when driving in Andalucia.

We also help you with car registration, insurance, exchange of license (if required) and when, where and how to get your car MOTd.

If we haven’t already located schools, nurseries or childcare for your children, we help in all educational matters as well as advising on where to enrol for those Spanish classes.

We offer all the above after sales service to those clients that might not be able to oversee things personally, in their absence, we will be able to communicate via electronic- mail, telephone or fax.
