HOLIDAY RENTAL IN EL PUERTO DE Sª MARIA.

This beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor apartment is situated just 5 minutes drive from the town of El Puerto Santa Maria, Cadiz.

The town is a port and typically Spanish, full of wonderful restaurants and bars. This excellent location is ideally suited for all types of holiday.

A quiet relaxing peaceful holiday can be had if you just want to sunbathe and relax around the complex pool or walk the short 250m to the unspoilt beach of El Ancla.

For those who have families or like to indulge in a more energetic holiday the facilities in the area are very good. Children’s playgrounds, football pitches, tennis courts, horse riding, fishing, cycling and mountain biking and golf can all be found nearby.

If you like history and culture you can visit some wonderful cities and towns that are all only a short journey away that will make you want to come back year after year!

Jerez, famous for it’s Sherry and Andalusian horses, is only 20mins away and you can visit many bodegas (wine cellars) and Horse dressage show to music, should not be missed. The wonderful city of

Seville is 1 and a half hours drive but well worth it but can become unbearably hot in summer! Cadiz is a short hop across the bay and you can take an old steamer across or the new catamaran to this great capital city. You can easily take some short drives to a few of the pueblos blancos (white villages) in the area.

The apartment is on a corner, so effectively has no neighbours on 2 sides, it sleeps 6 and is very big. There are 2 patios where you can enjoy a book, relax, eat or let the kids play. The huge lounge is fully furnished and equipped with a television.
Other facilities include cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

Jerez airport is only 25mins and Gibraltar less than an hour; Seville is about 1 hour 30mins.
