The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area opens entirely with folding patio doors to a large terrace with part shade. Winding steps lead down from the terrace to a beautifully kept lawn and landscaped garden. With air-conditioning where needed for the summer months and under-floor heating for the winter, the villa provides ultimate comfort for guests. The 5-star Montecastillo resort hotel a few minutes stroll away has full dining, spa facilities, gym and tennis courts. The famous Circuito de Jerez race-track is nestled in the adjoining hills, home to the Spanish Moto GP in May.

The villa’s geographical location between mountains and sea mean that a short drive will take you to both the heart of true Andalucia and the beautiful unspoilt beaches of Costa de la Luz.

Utility Room: Washer/dryer and second fridge.
Living Rooms: Large open plan living/dining area. Beautiful stone floors, designer fireplace, comfortable sofas, stunning views of the golf course and toward charming Jerez nearby. TV and DVD player.
Other: Parking for 2 cars with extra on-road parking available. Also available for guests' use are 2 bicycles, if required.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Linen, bath towels and pool towels are included. The property is cleaned before and after each rental - additional cleanings can be arranged if required and will be charged at cost.

Notes on accommodation
On arrival you will be met by our Spanish/English speaking property manager who will show you around and give you keys. The apartment is suitable for children and 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available on request. Please note, the interior of the villa is non-smoking, however you can smoke on the terraces or in the garden.

Accessibility
The villa is located on the 9th fairway of Montecastillo golf course, within the Montecastillo resort. The main living area/terrace, bedroom 2, swimming pool and driveway can all be accessed without encountering steps. It is recommended that you hire a car for your stay. Taxis are available and a list of local firms is included in the information pack in the villa.

Outside
There is a private 20 metre swimming pool, large terrace with outdoor sofas, large dining table and parasol for outdoor eating, large balcony/terrace off the master bedroom, barbeque, grassy lawn, sun loungers.

Coast/Beach
Without doubt one of the area's principal natural resources is its wide range of beaches, with white fine sand and transparent water. There are a total of 138km of beaches along the coast. The beautiful beaches of El Puerto de Santa Maria and Cadiz are a short drive from the villa.

Golf
The villa is on the 9th fairway of a Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course. To play, book through the Montecastillo golf club located at the hotel.

Travel
Jerez de la Frontera airport is a 10 minute drive from the
villa. Ryanair fly direct to Jerez airport from Stansted. Seville airport is 45 minutes drive. Malaga airport is 2 1/2 hours drive.
